Psychosynthesis is a holistic psychology that focuses on who we are, and who we can be. It’s focus is self awareness, authenticity, meaning, purpose and values. In coaching, it is therapeutic in style, and is highly effective in establishing direction and clarity and in removing blocks and limiting beliefs.
